Temecula, California · Independent family practice

The same doctor, every time you come in.

Sylvia A. Gisi, M.D. has cared for families in Temecula since 2002, in her own independent practice on Rancho Pueblo Road. Family medicine for every age, with a particular focus on women's health — and enough time in the room to actually talk.

Preventive care, nutrition and the long conversation — the part most practices don't have time for.

02The doctor

Sylvia A. Gisi, M.D.

Dr. Gisi has looked after families in Temecula since 2002, and has run her own independent practice here for more than twenty years. In her own words she specialises in women's health — though she enjoys treating the entire family, and many of her patients have been with her long enough that she now sees their children.

She trained in family medicine at Riverside County Regional Medical Center after graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, and has since added integrative and functional medicine, nutrition and herbal therapy to how she practices. Her instinct is to look for the cause rather than to treat the symptom, and to use nutritional support as a first-line therapy where it genuinely fits.

Being independent is the point. There is no rotating panel of providers here — the doctor who sees you is the doctor who knows your history.
